US Shipments
We offer free standard (4-8 day) shipping on all US orders over $149. No promotion code required. US orders under $149 are eligible for flat-rate shipping for $12.00. Shipping is generally via USPS, FedEx or UPS, though other services may be substituted at our discretion.
Expedited US shipping options are available. Expedited orders must be placed before 10 am on business days to ship same day.
Processing times: We generally ship orders within 72 hours Mon-Fri; high volumes during holidays, etc may extend processing time.
Orders Outside of the US
International shipping is available, and orders ship within 72 business hours. We ship with DHL, and rates are shown in the order/checkout process. Certain products, including mattress pads, blankets, and comforters, cannot be shipped internationally, as noted in the product listing.
International Duties & Taxes
If applicable in your locale, our system will calculate and collect any applicable import duties & taxes when you checkout. This allows your QuickZip order to arrive quickly with no additional payment due to your authority.
Happiness Guarantee
We offer a 60-day, no-risk, no-questions-asked Happiness Guarantee. Try out your new bedding! Sleep on it, change it, wash it, fold it, lounge in it; and, if you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, return it within 60 days for a full refund. After 60 days, your purchase is protected by QuickZip's Manufacturer’s Warranty
Return shipping is free for US orders. We cannot refund any original order shipping or gift wrap fees.
Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs and duty fees. We cannot refund any original order shipping, gift wrap, duties or fees. International customers, please contact us at info@quickzip.com for return authorization and instructions.

QuickZip bedding fits standard US mattress sizes Crib through California King (plus special RV and Flex Top sizes). The fitted sheets have vertical elastic in the corners so they'll flex to fit a wide range of mattress thicknesses (AKA “drop” or “pocket”), and shapes (including many rounded corners).
