Shipping Policy

We ship orders with care each business day from our global headquarters in Denver, Colorado.  Our team is here for you.  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about shipping services.

Please, verify addresses when you enter your order.  QuickZip cannot be responsible for reshipping and return shipping charges for incorrect addresses.

US Shipments

We offer free standard shipping and returns on all US orders over $149. No promotion code required. Free 2-4 day standard shipping offer applies to quickzipsheet.com online orders shipped within the US.  

US orders under $149 are eligible for flat-rate FedEx Ground shipping for $7.95.

Orders are generally shipped through FedEx, though other services such as USPS may be substituted as out discretion. Free Standard Shipping for some orders or items, such as mattress pads and comforters, may be shipped by ground service and will arrive within 4-5 business days.

Expedited US shipping options are available.  Expedited orders must be placed before 10am on business days to ship same day; if placed after 10am they will be shipped the next business day. 

Processing times:  We aim to ship orders within 24-48 hours on business days, high volumes during holidays, etc may extend that time.  A few products, including Art Collection Crib Sheets or items noted as "shipped separately" have longer processing times, and those times are noted in the product detail information.

Orders Outside of the US
We ship internationally also, using FedEx or the US Postal Service. Mattress pads, pillows, and comforters cannot be shipped internationally.   Rates for selected international destinations are shown in checkout.  (Please note that international shipments may incur duty/customs charges which are the responsibility of the customers.)

Returns

Happiness Guarantee

We offer a 60-day, no-risk, no-questions-asked Happiness Guarantee.  Try out your new bedding! Sleep on it, change it, wash it, fold it, lounge in it; and, if you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, return for a full refund. 

If you would like to return/exchange your purchase for a different color or size, you also have the option to do so within 60 days after purchase. 

Returns are free for US orders.

Manufacturer’s Warranty 

We stand behind each of our products and only manufacture with the highest quality components. Our YKK zippers are guaranteed for the life of your bedding. 

If you have any concerns with the quality of your QuickZip or believe you have a defective product, please submit a warranty claim.  All requests will be reviewed on an individual, case-by-case basis. Please allow 7 business days to process your request.  

Normal wear and tear and stains/fabric issues from normal use are excluded from any warranty.  “Normal wear and tear” includes expected changes in the fabric from, but not limited to, abrasion or damage (such as from feet, pets or bed frames), repeated washing, folding or storage. Please exercise caution when using hair gel, cosmetics, lotions, cosmetics containing benzoyl peroxide and alpha hydroxy acids, moisturizers, personal lubricants, etc. Our sheets are 100% cotton, made of natural fibers containing no synthetic material and without coatings or additives. Wrinkling of fabrics is common and unavoidable for most 100% cotton materials.
