Shipping Policy

We ship orders with care each business day from our headquarters in Denver, Colorado. Our team is here for you. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about shipping services.

US Shipments
We offer free standard (4-8 day) shipping on all US orders over $149. No promotion code required. US orders under $149 are eligible for flat-rate shipping of $12.00. Shipping is generally via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Delays by the shipping carrier are beyond our control.

Expedited US shipping options are available. Expedited orders must be placed before 10 am (US Mountain Time) on business days to ship same-day.

Processing times: We generally ship orders within 48 hours Mon-Fri; high volumes during holidays, etc may extend processing time.

Orders Outside of the US
International shipping is available, and orders ship within 72 business hours. We ship with DHL, and rates are shown in the order/checkout process. Certain products, including mattress pads, blankets, and comforters, cannot be shipped internationally, as noted in the product listing.

International Duties & Taxes
If applicable in your locale, our system will calculate and collect any applicable import duties & taxes when you checkout. This allows your QuickZip order to arrive quickly with no additional payment due to your authority.

Returns

60 Days - Free Returns (all US orders). Try out your new bedding, risk free! Sleep on it, change it, wash it, fold it, lounge in it; and, if you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, return it within 60 days for a full refund (any original shipping, gift wrap or duties excluded).

International customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Please contact us at info@quickzip.com instructions.

What is your Happiness Guarantee?

We stand behind our products with a 100% Happiness Guarantee. Try them for up to 60 days—if they don’t work for you, return for a full refund. Returns are free for US orders. Defective items will be replaced or refunded. Normal wear and tear, stains, or fabric issues from use are excluded. Please see our Care Instructions for tips to maximize the life of your bedding.

What is the free shipping policy? Do you offer expedited shipping?

What international shipping options are available?

We ship to many locations worldwide via DHL, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail International. Rates are based on weight and destination. Duties and import taxes are collected when you place your order, so our products will be delivered without any further amounts due to your locale. To see shipping rates, duties, & taxes, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

What is your return policy?

Returns are free within 60 days of receipt for all US orders. We hope you’ll try QuickZip products and get comfy!

Care

All QZ products are designed and crafted to make your life easier and more comfortable. That starts with easy care fabrics and low maintenance laundry days. All of our bedding is fully washable; cottons and our new hybrid fibers are meant to live and breathe with you. The premium YKK Vislon zippers are designed (and well tested!) to last wash after wash, and with a smooth finish, wash them worry-free with all your bedding loads.

Keep your QuickZip bedding looking and feeling their best with these general tips:

QuickZip bedding is engineered to fit! For the best results, wash before first use. Our cottons are preshrunk and sized for a small amount of additional shrinkage in the first wash.
DO NOT USE chlorine bleach or any laundry products containing oxidizers (such as OxiClean, Gain Flings, Tide UltraOXI, Arm & Hammer with OxiClean) or peroxides.
We recommend gentle, non-chlorine stain removers only when needed. Test before use per manufacturer instructions.
Wash with like colors and fabrics.
We do not recommend using dryer balls as they have been shown to damage and abrade certain fabrics.
Please be aware that cosmetics containing oxidizers such as benzoyl peroxide and alpha hydroxy acids may affect the dyes on your bedding.
