About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Associate to help drive performance across our full digital ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for a digital native with experience across strategy, content, and paid media execution. You’ll work cross-functionally to help scale campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and customer loyalty across Meta, Google, and other key platforms.

Responsibilities

  1. Plan & Execute Digital Campaigns: Work with Marketing Manager to Develop, launch, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), TikTok and other platforms.
  2. Content Development: Create, and collaborate with additional creative resources, to produce engaging assets (static, video, UGC) tailored for paid and organic channels, and leverage data to iterate content. Analyze & Optimize: Monitor key metrics daily, A/B test creatives and landing pages, and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and customer acquisition cost.
  3. Email & SMS Support: Align digital campaigns with lifecycle and customer retention marketing programs, such as email and referral, using platforms like Klaviyo and stamped—segmenting audiences and refining messaging for impact.
  4. Landing Page Input: Work with design/development to optimize product pages and landing experiences that convert.
  5. Website CRO: Work with development team to optimize customer journey creating a seamless experience from marketing delivery through conversion, and including post purchase opportunities.
  6. Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor platform changes, emerging tools, and competitive activity to continuouslyimprove strategy.

Qualifications

  1. 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a DTC eCommerce environment—ideally within lifestyle,home, or wellness brands.
  2. Proven track record running and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  3. Strong content instincts and experience creating ad assets that convert.
  4. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
  5. Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and attribution tools like Triple Whale.
  6. Excellent communication and project management skills—comfortable juggling multiple campaigns in afast-paced environment.
  7. A passion for digital marketing and a genuine interest in home, wellness, or lifestyle products.
