Our Response to COVID-19


Thank you for being part of the QuickZip community.  Your health, safety and comfort are our highest priority. 

We've implemented safety procedures as necessary while working to keep life as normal as possible for our QuickZip employees, business partners and you, our valued customers. 

With recommended safety parameters in place, QuickZip is shipping orders daily and providing the customer service you expect.  Our warehouse is stocked, we have new colors and fabrics to offer, and we appreciate and thank all those people helping us to serve you during this challenging period - including our colleagues in manufacturing, delivery and logistics, food and grocery workers, healthcare professionals  and emergency responders.  

The QuickZip team is focused on our core mission: bringing you the bedding that makes your life easier – and hoping we can provide a small piece of that comfort you might be looking for right now.

Update 4/11/20: Shipping my take a day or two longer than normal due to COVID-related delays in the USPS and FedEx.

Update 5/7/20:  We have encountered a few issues with delivery to APO, FPO and DPO addresses.   Please check delivery status to these addresses before submitting your order.

6/9/20:  We are shipping to Canada as normal; however, packages are taking a few extra days to arrive due to USPS and Canada Post.

8/18/20: USPS has been experiencing some delays related to COVID and other governance issues.  Some packages may take a few days longer than expected.
