US Shipments

We offer free standard (2-4 day) shipping on all US orders over $149. No promotion code required. US orders under $149 are eligible for flat-rate FedEx or UPS Ground shipping for $7.95. Shipping is generally via FedEx or UPS, though other services including USPS may be substituted at our discretion.

Expedited US shipping options are available. Expedited orders must be placed before 10 am on business days to ship same day.

Processing times: We ship orders within 24-48 hours Mon-Fri; high volumes during holidays, etc may extend processing time.

Orders Outside of the US

International shipping is available, and orders ship within 72 business hours. We ship with DHL, and rates are shown in the order/checkout process. Certain products, including mattress pads, blankets, and comforters, cannot be shipped internationally, as noted in the product listing.

Normal wear and tear and stains/fabric issues from normal use are excluded from any warranty. “Normal wear and tear” includes expected changes in the fabric from, but not limited to, abrasion or damage (such as from feet, pets or bed frames), repeated washing, folding or storage. Please exercise caution when using hair gel, cosmetics, lotions, cosmetics containing benzoyl peroxide and alpha hydroxy acids, moisturizers, personal lubricants, etc. Our sheets are 100% cotton, made of natural fibers containing no synthetic material and without coatings or additives. Wrinkling of fabrics is common and unavoidable for most 100% cotton materials.
